If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a service We invite you to review our policy on refunds and cancellations.

The following terms are applicable for any service that you purchased with us directly through the website booking services, WhatsApp or phone call.

Interpretation and definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether thy appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Yan Cleaning Services.
  • Services refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Website refers to website.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Our cancellation policy

  1. You are entitled to cancel your booking without paying any fees 12 hours before the appointment time.
  2. The deadline for cancelling a service is 12 hours from the time on which we are supposed to clean your space.
  3. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of an email, WhatsApp or simply by using our booking system (a rescheduling or cancellation option button will be available in the confirmation email for you to exercise this right).

Our refund policy

  1. For cancellations or rescheduling done before 12 hours of the booking, we will refund 100% of the cost. If the payment is done by card, we will refund the paid amount directly into the customer card which will reflect within 5 working days.
  2. For cancellation or rescheduling between 12 and 6 hours from the appointment, the client will have to pay 50% of the amount of the service booked. 50% of the cleaning session fee will be collected through card payment or through cash collection depending on client preference.
  3. For cancellations or rescheduling 6 hours from the appointment or at the start of the session, the client will pay 100% of the amount of the service booked as as we will not be able to fill up the slot. The amount will be collected through card payment or through cash collection depending on client preference.
